Chia RecipesDelicious and Beneficials; diverse Recipes for healthy meals with the “craze factor”

Chia Seeds Recipes Pudding

Hardly any food is as varied and creatively usable as Chia seeds. The seeds themselves are relatively tasteless. Whether hearty, rustic or sweet – your imagination is set almost no limit if you think of Chia seeds as the base for your meal.

Depending on the preparation of your Chia recipes, you will notice, the consistency of the seed can be very different. Much like linseed or psyllium, they are excellent to soak. That means after only a short period you get a soft, pudding-like consistency.

Not in vain Chia Pudding is a healthy alternative to ordinary pudding, rice pudding and similar meals and deserts.

Equally, Chia seeds can also be used in its dry form, for example, in Chia seed bread, Chia seed rolls, sprinkled over your Chia seed muesli or your salad.

Below I will give you an overview of the most famous Chia seed recipes, which are easily prepared and with only a few resources, which you most likely have already at home.
